Maintenance is conducted in a modern hangar type building. The maintenance system meets the international standards of quality management system ISO 9001:2000.<\/p>\n<p>We perform basic and line maintenance for aircraft of all types operated by the airline at the main base (Kirovograd), as well as at external operating bases. January 26, 2010. Weighing and estimating of the aircraft balance is performed by the AES certified specialists for An-24, An-26 aircraft in accordance with the Regulation \u201cWeighing and estimating the balance for AN-24, AN-26, AN-30, AN-32 aircraft\u201d, and for Cessna 172 aircraft in accordance with the Regulation \u201cWeighing and estimating the balance for Cessna 172 aircraft\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"anyclass\">According to the results of in accordance with the weighing and estimating the aircraft balance \u201cthe report of weighing and estimating the aircraft balance\u201d is made and it shall be recorded to the aircraft logbook. The aircraft weighing is performed on aviation electronic scale BAT-23.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-4 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:60px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1216.8px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-center fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color6);\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-center\" style=\"margin:0;\">Manufacture and repair of the aircraft furniture equipment items<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color1);\"><p class=\"anyclass\">In aviation engineering service there is a section, responsible for manufacturing and repair of aircraft furniture equipment items, where all necessary facilities for timely and high quality manufacture and repair of aircraft furniture equipment items are available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"anyclass\">The works on production and repair of furniture equipment items are carried out by experts who received theoretical training and practical mastering, and who are certified and authorized to perform works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"anyclass\">The materials, used for manufacture and repair of furniture equipment items, meet FAR 825 requirements and are certified for use in commercial aircraft and approved by the CAA of Ukraine, according to instruction letter \u2116 1.18-5914 dd. November 10, 2003.<\/p>\n<p class=\"anyclass\">On each piece of furniture equipment items the engineering department develops the appropriate documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-5 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:60px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div the safety harness for crew members<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color1);\"><p class=\"anyclass\">According to the documentation on installation of the safety harness for crew members of An-24, An-26 aircraft, developed by the SE \u201cAntonov\u201d and approved by the CAA of Ukraine, the aviation engineering service shall install these systems using store bought products from ABI (Aircraft Belts, Inc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"anyclass\">Works are performed by specialists, who have studied the design and technological documentation on how to install these systems and who are authorized to perform work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-6 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"
